## Description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of a refurbishment of a grade II listed single storey barn into an artist studio\. The project briefly comprises of, remove existing block paved floor, supply and install \(S&I\) a fully damp proof membrane concrete floor with screed finish\. Re-fix existing roof tiles to existing roof where breakages or daylight can be viewed, S&I kingspan \(or similar\) 100mm insulation to ceiling, plaster board over and decorate in matt white paint\. S&I electrical system from existing fuse board including lighting\. S&I internal pvc glazed doors that shall act as the main entrance point to 10\.No\. arches\. S&I half round 112mm guttering to both eaves\. S&I kitchenette\.
