## Description

Software as a Service \(SaaS\) delivery of a cycle hangar booking system\. The current arrangement where officers use manual processes to manage the bike hangar rental scheme, including; multiple excel documents which is time consuming and potentially more expensive and less efficient and accurate in terms of data entry, data extraction and general management\.
