## Description

Hampshire County Council's 'Hampshire Achieves' provides teaching and training programmes for adults and young people aged 19\+\. Hampshire Achieves are required to submit a monthly return to the Education and Skills Funding Agency \(ESFA\) of attendance data for Further Education, Higher Education and Apprenticeships\.
