B420 Feedstore

Description

This project is for the refurbishment of existing B420 into the central feed stores for Coombelands which will require a number of interventions to bring the building to current standards and regulations and to modify the existing structure to meet the spatial demands and storage requirements needed. The scope of works include upgrading the existing envelope, internal finishes, removal of existing mezzanine floor, new support steelwork, door replacement, roller shutter, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system (MEP) to allow for a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR )system, fire alarm system, security system, comms, BMS etc. There is also new hardstanding around the building perimeter to allow for maintenance access around the building.
