Purpose of this Commission: To address and deliver on the agreed priority areas, which included understanding bus market reform - both in terms of service provision and network provision \(in rural and polycentric economies\); how to fund mobility hubs differently; and providing support to EEH LAs with their bus service improvement plans refresh\.
