## Description

The Authority wishes to let a concession contract for the collection and sale of waste for recycling by a suitably qualified and competent supplier i\.e\. waste broker, waste services provider or end processor, from its depots based in Torr Quarry, East Allington \(TQ9 7QQ\) and Ermington Road, Ivybridge \(PL21 9EY\)\.
