The contract is broken down into four \(4\) lots \(Lot 1: Air conditioning, Lot 2: Heating, Lot:3 Water, Lot 4: Lift Maintenance\) with a proposed commencement date of 1st April 2020 for a period of five \(5\) years \(60 months\) with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a further two \(2\) years \(24 months\)\.
