The Trust requires the provision of: Lot 1: A Crisis House facility and service to care for patients with urgent mental health requirements in a residential 6 bedroom setting. This property will be provided and maintained by the winning bidder. Lot 2: A Step-Down facility and service to care for adult mental health patients on the appropriate care pathway in a 12 bed residential setting. This property will be provided by the Trust.
