Enterprise Architecture as a Service

Description

The MCA needs to develop and mature its Enterprise Architecture capability and establish a number of strategies to support the business. A team of Architects has been established but currently lack the formal methodology, tools, and as-is architecture knowledge and the aim of this service is to rapidly mature these by establishing a proven methodology and set of blueprints and patterns associated to the current architecture landscape. Subsequent to this, the service will also support the development and articulation of the architecture strategy. The MCA has set strategy work packages to commission as discreet pieces of work. This procurement was under the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 framework and a 1 Year contract has been set up for the delivery of those work packages.
