Chelmsford City Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to gauge the level of interest in this exciting opportunity for two unique catering opportunities in thriving and popular locations. Chelmsford City Council is looking to gauge the level of interest in one or both of the opportunities available to run the catering outlets at the Hylands Estate Stables Visitor Centre and Chelmsford Museum at Oaklands Park.
