## Description

The City Council is seeking to partner with a suitable organisation or provider to spearhead a new approach to empowering businesses to become more resilient\. The programme is a pilot and therefore delivery will focus on a few of the borough's most iconic high street locations as part of our North Paddington, and Paddington & Bayswater High Streets Programmes\.
