Luton Adult Learning uses various grant-funding streams to commission/sub-contract a small amount of delivery to local grass roots organisations. \r As the Government released additional funding streams (Multiply & UKSPF), a mini competition was undertaken with all Providers who were accepted onto the original APL (DN698493) for LOT 3 & 7.\r Applicants from Lot 3 (Preparation for employment) & 7 (Improving Essential Skills- digital provision) were invited to a mini competition.
