## Description

Luton Adult Learning uses various grant-funding streams to commission/sub-contract a small amount of delivery to local grass roots organisations\. \\r As the Government released additional funding streams \(Multiply & UKSPF\), a mini competition was undertaken with all Providers who were accepted onto the original APL \(DN698493\) for LOT 3 & 7\.\\r Applicants from Lot 3 \(Preparation for employment\) & 7 \(Improving Essential Skills- digital provision\) were invited to a mini competition\.
