## Description

Following the 2015 Christmas Floods, Foss House needs to be put back to the condition prior to the floods\. Phase 1 of the flood refurbishment works, which covered the occupied areas, has been completed\. The Phase 2 works will involve the refurbishment of all other flooded areas and will include the installation of resilience measures Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions\.
