## Description

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of works at Dover Park Primary School, Isle of Wight\. Alterations and refurbishment works as follows: - · Removal/renewal of roof lights, tiles, battens insulation, facias, gutters · Renewal of all external windows and doors, automation to the main entrance door · Refurbishment of pupil wc's · Alterations to form larger accessible reception desk · Removal of classroom partitions · Renewal of all door furniture · Provision of acoustic panels · Insulation where required · Decorations externally and internally · Replacement boilers, pipework, controls, fan-coil heaters · Water tanks removal/replacement · Kitchen renewal of extraction hood, controls, ceiling and lighting
