## Description

The Digital Transformation of Screening \(DToS\) programme seeks to address these issues by investing in the development and implementation of a new IT system to be used to identify, manage, and track screening participants\. The focus of this programme is the five population screening services currently available to adults and young people in England plus two targeted screening services that may be approved by the UK National Screening Committee \(UKNSC\) or its successor and whose operational deliverability and funding are agreed through the annual public health function agreement\.
