## Description

The Framework consists of the following 8 lots and a maximum of 3 Contractors will be on each Lot, there is no limit to the number of Lots you can bid for, where you are unable to provide a price for a product, the Authority will apply the highest price submitted from all bids and you must price at least 80% of each Lot being applied for, further details are available once bidders have accessed the full Tender details\. Lot 1 Bricks, Sand & Cement, Plaster and Small Aggregates Lot 2 Sealants & Adhesives and Floor & Wall tiles Lot 3 UPVC Lot 4 Tools Lot 5 Hardware Lot 6 Gas Bottles Lot 7 Sundries and Miscellaneous Lot 8 Roofing Materials The initial contract is for twenty four months with an option to extend for up to a further two, twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders Interested bidders must access the Tender documents for further information, which are available to download immediately in the electronic tendering Portal, NEPO Portal, the link to the NEPO Portal also included in additional information\.
