## Description

A\. The GLA seeks to appoint a consultant with expertise of working with the public sector and registered providers on affordable housing and delivery projects or programmes to guide the development of a pilot project to identify affordable housing acquisitions opportunities on small sites and for these opportunities to be captured and highlighted by the GLA to relevant organisations \(including Registered Providers \(RPs\), Supported and Specialist Housing providers \(SSH\), developers and Community Led-Housing organisations\(CLH\)\)\.
