CP2196-21 Care and Support Services at Edwards Court Extra Care Scheme, Exeter

Description

Edwards Court is a brand new purpose built Extra Care Scheme in Exeter. A provider is sought to deliver 1;1 Care services (day and night) and maintain a 24 hour presence on site to ensure all residents have access to care and support services when they need them. The successful provider will work closely with the landlord, Exeter City Council, who will be providing the housing management service. The procurement comprises 3 contracts in a single Lot due to the aim to provide an integrated service: - 1:1 Care and Support services (individual care packages) - Night Care and Support services (block contract) - Core Care and Support Services (24 hr presence on site) The service provider will need to be registered with CQC and able to deliver both personal care and enabling support services. They will also need to work closely with the landlord Exeter City Council to deliver a seamless service, through a jointly funded Scheme Manager post.
