Independent Mobility Assessment Service

Warrington Borough Council (the 'Council') invited tenders from suitable experienced independent organisations that were able to offer the Council base premises and provide expert eligibility assessments for Blue Badges and Disabled Bus Passes. Warrington Borough Council procured the service to provide independent expert assessors to ensure applications requiring assessment are done without bias and with a suitably qualified assessor(s). The Council awarded on the basis of the most economical advantageous tenderer (MEAT) in accordance with the tender documents.
