Cornwall Council's Economy and Skills Service work alongside Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to maximise the sustainable economic development of Cornwall. Our Service Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the LEP and we collectively support the LEP Board to create and implement the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Strategic Economic Plan. The plan encompasses a culture strategy to inform planning and development decisions for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, alongside a £1bn investment programme to contribute towards overall growth and employment. This commission is for 3 separate Lots for the Evaluation of ESF Projects delivered through the Cornwall and Isles Of Scilly Skills Hub, Health Works for Cornwall, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly People Hub and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly People Hub Skills for Growth. CC runs the People Hub project concurrently with the People Hub Skills for Growth and their evaluation is to be undertaken as the Lot 3. Suppliers may tender for individual Lots or several Lots, however each Lot must be tendered and costed on an individual basis as the evaluation of each Lot will be conducted separately; no discounts should be offered on the basis of being awarded more than one Lot.
