## Description

In November 2015, the Council appointed an improvement partner for Early Help to assist it in realising its ambitions to transform communities and build capacity through the delivery of the agreed Early Help strategy in addition to supporting the council to ensure that its internal services are able to offer a comprehensive 0-19 offer\.
