## Description

To provide cleaning services works to the specified standards at the listed premises once per annum on the dates identified therein\. The works shall comprise a \\"deep clean\\" of the extraction canopy/ies internally and externally, an internal deep clean of the extract ductwork and plant\. Extraction filters will also be thoroughly cleaned using a degreasing agent\. Along with, where identified on the listed premises, the fresh air supply system shall be cleaned
