Twice a year (Easter & July) the university celebrates the successes of the academic year with graduation, These are high profile congregations which are shared by the Academics, Students and their guests. The university currently hosts the main ceremony off campus at the Birmingham Town Hall offering a free shuttle service to and from the venue. Robing, photography and refreshments are on campus utilising its grounds and various areas around the main building. The scope of this procurement will form three separate tenders covering; • Robing • Photography • Certificate & Photography Framing • One Stop Shop (All three lots) We are looking to award to either a one stop shop or individual lots, suppliers can apply for one or as many lots and they can service.
