Appointment of a transport consultancy to provide technical transport planning, highways and access advice in support of the Market Site Regeneration Programme (Albert Island Wholesale Markets planning application). The scope includes preparation of transport strategy, modelling, transport assessment documentation, stakeholder engagement (including TfL and the London Borough of Newham), and support throughout planning application and determination stages.
