Land West of Woodhouse Lane, Hedge End: Construction of Natural Turf Sports Pitches, Footways and Landscaping

Description

This project derives from the approval of the Reserved Matters planning application for the Land West of Woodhouse Lane (Ref: RM/20/89363) and comprises of the construction of three new natural turf winter sports pitches, associated pathways, street lighting and landscaping. The ITT has been prepared by Eastleigh Borough Council (the "Authority") for the purposes of inviting contractors with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the construction of Land West of Woodhouse Lane Community Pitches Project as described in the specification documentation attached to the ITT.
