The Recycling, Recovery and Disposal of Street Sweepings and Gully Waste - HDG/2023/535

Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires contractual arrangements to direct deliver street sweepings and gully emptying waste to a licenced processing facility. This service shall include the treatment, recycling or recovery and final disposal of all materials.\r The further treatment and disposal of all non-recyclable items shall operate in compliance with the Waste Hierarchy, maximising diversion away from landfill or following a Zero Waste To Landfill Strategy as the preferred option. \r
