GB-Carlisle: CCHA Electronic Document Management Solution

CCHA are looking to replace their current electronic document management system which is OPENText Alchemy Document Management System. It is supplied by ProcessFlows. The system has been in use for nine years and contains all key company documentation. In addition, it contains legacy documentation from Derwent & Solway Housing Association (D&S) who merged with Two Castles Housing and formed CCHA in 2017. The replacement solution can either be a specialist EDM solution or could be built on Office 365 SharePoint / Teams, which CCHA is already licensed for.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.NOTE: This is not an OJEU tender.
