## Description

You are invited to tender to deliver a planned programme of replacement kitchens and bathrooms to occupied residential dwellings, including associated builders works, as further described in the Technical Specification\. The Works will begin from Monday 1st April 2023 for an initial term of three years, extendable at the Council's sole discretion for a further one year to a maximum term of four years\. The Programme will be awarded in Orders for each address setting out the Works required\.
