## Description

Torus 62 Ltd, for and on behalf of Helena Partnerships and Golden Gates Housing Trust, is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out roof replacements, the renewal of wall ties and repointing\. Works will predominantly be completed in the boroughs of St\. Helens and Warrington, with potential for expansion within the North West\. The contract length will be for 24 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to performance\.
