## Description

The Scope of works are as follows\. • Submit acceptable RAMs before start of job commences • Remove 121 2nd pass tubes \(50mm OD x 3\.2mm x 3200mm\)swelled 1/16” at one end • Remove 148 3rd pass tubes \(50mm OD x 3\.2mm x 3980mm\) swelled 1/16” at one end • Ensure tube plates is prepared ready for new tube install and co-ordinate with insurer for inspection, if required • Clean up tube holes • Supply 121 2nd pass tubes \(see above\) • Supply 148 3rd pass tubes \(see above\) • Fit a total of 269 tubes by expansion into tube plates • Carry out hydraulic test on completion to manufacturing specification Additional information: A link to the opportunity, please submit queries to the portal\.
