## Description

Hertsmere Borough Council \(the "Council"\) seeks organisations to provide Herbicide Control Services \(the Works\)\. The control is wholly for the Public Highway\. The service required is further described in Section 2 below\. This will be a one year contractual agreement consisting of two applications to commence in July 2023 and October 2023\.
