(NU/1358) Learning & Teaching Rooms AV Project - Phase 1

Description

Newcastle University invites suppliers to bid for the following AV project. We appreciate this is an extremely quick turnaround tender, but the timescales are out of our control and cannot be amended. Several Learning & Teaching rooms on campus are to be refurbished during Easter 2018. In the main, the existing AV equipment is being replaced/upgraded, although in some instances retained equipment will be reinstalled. Full details on the requirement are detailed in the RFQ document This opportunity is only being made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process
