Tender for the provision of a Responsive Repairs Contract 2021 to 2024

This is a joint procurement between Maynard Co-operative Housing Association and Ross Walk Housing Co-operation. Both Co-operatives are based in Leicester and have worked closely together for over a decade with the support of PA Housing. The procurement will be for a single supply solution that has two separate contracts with each of the Co-operatives.

The contract will be for repairs and maintenance of the properties and will be for three years with option to extend for further two years on an annual basis.
