Birmingham Women's and Children's Management Services Ltd (the Employer") has a number of vertical transport installations (hereinafter defined as in 3.11 "the Lifts") in various Sites in the Birmingham area. The Employer now seeks competitive tenders from lift contractors with a view to awarding a contract to a successful tenderer ("the Contractor") in respect of some or all of the vertical transport installations
