## Description

Globally, 28% of Chief Data Officers \(CDOs\) describe their role as established and successful\. While investment in data and analytics continues, CDOs report the rate of change and impact delivered from data and analytics as slowing\. The existing advisory models are not suitable for the main obstacles facing CDOs which are mainly people, process, and culture\. With every organization unique in these respects, those leading data transformations need to find their own path\. And for that they require a new level of advice driven by independence, collaboration, and a shared vision\.
