Telematics Solution

Please note this is an AWARDED contract and NOT a call for competition. The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to supply and install a telematics solution in Warwickshire Police's fleet of vehicles. This was a direct award via GCA framework reference RM6353 Tyres, Glass and Telematics - Lot 4 Supply of vehicle telematics hardware, software and associated products and is therefore compliant with PCRs 2015. An initial Proof of Concept and User Acceptance Testing will take place before the solution is rolled out to the fleet. Contract dates provided are provisional and the initial 3 year term will begin upon Go Live after all SaaS Implementation, UAT activities and the Proof-of-Concept stage have been satisfactorily completed. The contract can be extended by up to 24 months once the original term has expired. Contract values are indicative and could increase should the option to extend be utilised, if CPI is applied as allowed within the framework and if the Warwickshire Police fleet increases and requires further devices.
