## Description

Government Banking provide a shared Merchant Acquiring service to customers across Central Government and the wider public sector\. Those services facilitate some 22 million transactions per annum with a total value of over £2bn\. This requirement is for a contract to replace the current provision which was due to expire on 31/12/2021\.
