GB-Kings Lynn: Short Term Delivery of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Level Access Showers

FCH are committed to the maintenance and investment to our existing property stock and as such require a top-up contractor for the installation of kitchens, bathrooms and level access showers within our tenanted and untenanted properties. We expect this to be delivered within a minimum timeframe with an aim to maximize delivery within the current financial year.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
