Description

The Councils Asset Management Strategy has identified a number of buildings that are in need of urgent remedial repairs / upgrading. In addition, ensuring our buildings remain in a state of good repair, we have identified properties that are not compliant with current health and safety standards. We now have confirmed funding streams to undertake urgent works to address those properties that need remedial action Our focus is on buildings that do not conform to current health and safety requirements, and this includes buildings in whole or part, that need updating to ensure they are fit for purpose. This project is of high profile locally, and it is essential from a Health and Safety viewpoint that these works are actioned expediently.
