## Description

The Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust is seeking approval for the procurement of a digital consenting application tool, to understand the need for improved surgical consenting processes, acknowledging the need for remote and digital consenting to align with and support COVID 19 recovery needs, and to bring Trust consenting standards to the level outlined in the Montgomery Judgement, required by CQC \(Paeds\), and in line with the Royal College of Surgeons \(RCS\) principles
