ACL: Redevelopment of B&NES Council Waste Depot site in Bath (Midland Road)

Description

Aequus Construction Ltd ("ACL") wish to appoint a design team to take forward the outline consent for the Midland Road site (Site 6) into a reserved matters application. The application must to submitted by mid December 2019 to preserve the outline consent for the site. Once the reserved matters application has been approved by B&NES planning the design team will also prepare a drop-in application for B35 to substitute this block for a building which exceeds the height restrictions contained within the outline approval. This initial contract is awarded for RIBA Stages 1 and 2 only
