## Description

Aequus Construction Ltd \("ACL"\) wish to appoint a design team to take forward the outline consent for the Midland Road site \(Site 6\) into a reserved matters application\. The application must to submitted by mid December 2019 to preserve the outline consent for the site\. Once the reserved matters application has been approved by B&NES planning the design team will also prepare a drop-in application for B35 to substitute this block for a building which exceeds the height restrictions contained within the outline approval\. This initial contract is awarded for RIBA Stages 1 and 2 only
