GB-Cromer: PROC043 Refurbishment of Beach Chalets

North Norfolk District Council currently manages 93 chalets in their coastal resorts. The chalet are varying in age and basic construction, with no installation, little ventilation, single glazed and in most cases no electricity. We are now looking to start a programme of refurbishment/improvements and upgrades to the chalets. Whilst the ideal completion date is 30 April 2020 we do understand that this may not be achievable dependant on the weather.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
