GB-Taunton: Clerk of Works services

This requirement is for a new office accommodation which meets the needs of the Authority's business and supports its future business model on a sustainable basis therefore the Authority is seeking to appoint a specialist to provide a Clerk of Works service.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
