Design & Consultancy Services Framework - National

Description

The Authority has awarded a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework for the provision of Design and Consultancy Services by its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK. The Framework is split into 7 Lots: Lot 1: Planning Services Lot 2: Architect Services Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural) Lot 4: Surveying Lot 5: Employers Agent Lot 6: Clerk of Works Lot 7: Principal Designer Each Lot is split into Seven Regional sub-lots • Sub-Lot 1 - North • Sub-Lot 2 - Central • Sub-Lot 3 - South East • Sub-Lot 4 - South West • Sub-Lot 5 - Wales • Sub-Lot 6 - Scotland • Sub-Lot 7 - Northern Ireland For each Lot, the authority has appointed up to 8 suitably qualified Providers per Regional Sub-lot able to provide the full requirements. Additional information: Initial Period 24 Months with Option to Extend by further 2 x 12 Month periods
