## Description

Surrey County Council is require a contractor to carry out maintenance work at Kings international college\. Main tasks including replacement of timber/windows and door sets to 1960's buildings that is an operational secondary school\. External redecorations to rainwater goods and fascia's/soffits\. Asbestos removal works and the replacement of ceilings and lighting\. Flat roofing works and the refurbishment/replacement of external walkway canopies\.
