## Description

The London Borough of Croydon invites quotations for a design-led feasibility study for the redevelopment of the Canterbury Road Recreation Ground site\. This document sets out the background to the invitation, the requirements and expected outputs of the study, along with the budget and expected timescale\. Please respond via the London Tenders Portal\. This commission will need to provide: • Guidance regarding site due diligence and the commissioning of relevant surveys\. • Building and landscape architectural designs to RIBA Stage 2\. • Legal and planning advice, including Party Wall Act\. • Market, property and commercial advice\. • Cost consultancy and viability advice\. • Guidance and appropriate liaison with Sport England
