Mental Health Accommodation Solution

The Mental Health Accommodation Solution is a service providing three flats to support people with long-term mental health conditions to return to general housing following discharge from residential care settings / hospital; the service will support the tenants to manage the property and develop the skills required for independent living, with support being stepped down as the individual develops their independence.
