## Description

As part of the transformation work being undertaken in Children's, Families, Learning and Communities Directorates \(CFLC\) SCC has launched the Surrey Children's Services Academy \(SCSA\)\. The aim of the SCSA is to support newly formed Safeguarding Hubs, Family Safeguarding teams and SCSA partners with their recruitment, retention and development of a Surrey wide workforce who will be supporting children and families from 1 April\.
